Texas State professor, NASA find support for planet formation theory

Texas State University assistant professor Andrea Banzatti has traveled the world as part of his work in education with a question and a curiosity: How is a beautiful, seemingly miraculous planet like Earth formed?

As the principal investigator on a team of researchers, Banzatti used NASA's James Webb Space Telescope to search for an answer for the physical process of how planets are formed.
