U.S.-Australia Technology Safeguards Agreement - United States Department of State

On October 26, 2023, the United States and Australia signed the Agreement on Technology Safeguards Associated with U.S. Participation in Space Launches from Australia, or the U.S.-Australia Technology Safeguards Agreement.

U.S. State Department Assistant Secretary for International Security and Nonproliferation C.S. Eliot Kang and Australian Ambassador to the United States Kevin Rudd signed the Agreement between the two countries.
